Step 2 – Offer to purchase
Your choice is made! You found your dream condo, the signing by both builder and buyer of the preliminary contract seals the deal!
Step 3 - Inspection
At Mezz St-Dom, we want to make sure each unit is delivered to the full satisfaction of each of our clients. This is why, prior to signing with the notary, we will procede to a detailed inspection with you present and we will take all necessary action to deliver a condo that will make you proud.
Step 4 – Final signing with the notary
This is the moment you have been waiting for! You sign all the final papers and the condo is now yours! Welcome home!
